Terms and Conditions

  • Payment for classes is via PayPal, a safe and secure way to pay via bank transfer.
  • The lessons are paid for in advance, but you will never lose your money by changing the class day or time.
  • Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance by email.
    If cancelled or changed within 24 hours before the start of the class will be charged.
  • The times and date of the classes will be confirmed before the payment is made.
  • After finishing your reservation you will receive a confirmation of your payment by email.
  • All transactions are final. There are no refunds for classes.
  • All pachages caduqued in 6 months start day of payment.

Test lessons

Trial lesson The trial lesson is free (45 minutes).
You are under no obligation to take any further lessons after the trial lesson.

Payment and fees

Full payment must be made prior to the start of the lesson in full. Both parties must agree on a time before sending payment. EASY SPANISH FOR YOU is not responsible for any additional bank charges, interest charges, finance charges, overdraft charges or other fees. I reserve the right to change my rates, but I will notify you in advance of increases.

Schedule Changes or Cancellations

The cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance via email.
If you cancel or change within 24 hours before the start of the class, the student will be charged.

Lesson blocks

If a block of 5, 10 or 20 lessons is booked, these lessons must be taken within 6 months of starting payment.

Holidays and sick days – Teacher

Holidays will be announced in advance. For any reason the teacher cannot attend the lesson, the payment sent can be used to schedule a future class. If you prefer, a refund will be made. If you have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact me through the contact form.
